Does Smart Orbit X use batteries?
No. The base powers the lamp wirelessly via electromagnetic induction. The LEDs are energy-efficient for everyday use.
What happens if the power goes out or I need to move it?
If power is interrupted, the globe will settle onto the base. To move or unplug, remove the globe first, then unplug the base to avoid scuffs or misalignment.
