1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • incorrect product has arrived.
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and labels).

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or hygiene items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or not following usage instructions.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

  • We may request photos/videos as proof to speed up the process.

  • You can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (including shipping costs for incorrect items).


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the product was incorrect.


5. Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges for the same item if incorrect, or for another product if you prefer.

  • Exchange availability depends on stock.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.


7. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, and return shipping costs.
