Will Smart Drink Mate fit my cup or bottle?
Yes, its open-top design works with most car cups, cans, and bottles. For best performance use metal or stainless-steel containers; plastic/paper cups still work but cool/heat more slowly. Use the lid on your drink to reduce spills and condensation.
How fast does it heat or cool?
You’ll feel a temperature change in a few minutes. For a full chill to around 5°C or warming up to about 58°C, allow 15–20 minutes depending on drink size and the container material (metal is fastest).
Can I use it at home or the office?
Yes, use a compatible 12V DC adapter (3A or higher). Do not plug it directly into a wall outlet without an appropriate adapter.
Is it safe for my car battery, and how do I care for it?
It’s designed for the 12V car socket and is fine while driving. If the engine is off, unplug to avoid battery drain. To clean, power off and wipe the metal plate and body with a dry or slightly damp cloth—never submerge or pour water inside. Light condensation is normal when cooling.
